Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pmm, Closed Saturday and Sunday 

Please ring (03) 5783 1637 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

When the surgery is closed, please ring Kilmore Hospital on 5734 2000 for urgent medical attention. If in doubt, ring an ambulance on 000.

Recall & reminder system is offered, if patients do not wish to be on recall/reminder system, please let us know. All patient information is treated with strict confidentiality. If you are distressed or breast feeding and require privacy, please ask for facilities. This practice observes a non smoking policy. The surgery is located in Wellington St and has off-road parking. We will also pick up and deliver local patients who are unable to acquire transport, by appointment. You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours, however if they are busy and the matter is not urgent, reception staff will be happy to take a message to pass on to your doctor. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.
